I had a fantastic time at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery and offering easy access to various attractions. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel incredibly welcome. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a great convenience. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as the spa and wellness center, where I indulged in a relaxing full body massage and beauty treatment. The on-site restaurant and bar offered delicious food and drinks, and the live entertainment added a fun touch to the evenings. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Almost perfect.

We had an incredible time surrounded by nature. the pools here were nothing short of amazing and really made our stay special. the room was fantastic, with comfortable beds and clean, modern bathrooms. the service was courteous and attentive and the breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty options to choose from. We particularly appreciated the variety of activities offered for the guests, such as the hot tub and toys for children.

The elevators can be quite slow during peak times, which can be frustrating at times.

The pool facilities were outstanding, and we enjoyed them thoroughly during our New Year's stay. The water was always clean, and there were many wading pools and water toys available for children. The spa treatments also came at a reasonable price, which made our stay even better. We appreciated the central location of the hotel because we were able to walk to many local attractions and restaurants.

The room temperature was difficult to regulate, and it could become quite hot. Furthermore, the elevators were often crowded, and we found ourselves waiting for quite some time to get to our floor. The staff is friendly, although the service can be slow during peak times.

The pool facilities are pretty good , the pools are clean and well, maintained. There's also a variety of food and drink options available at reasonable prices. the location is also great, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops to explore.

The room itself was subpar. We didn't get the romantic experience we were hoping for , the bed was uncomfortable, the walls were thin , and the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly.

I had an amazing time at this place! The hotel facilities were superb, and the cleanliness was on point. I also loved the location, close to everything I needed, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options.
